The place was very well equipped for its price point. 10-15 minute walk from the C line to the city center so a very nice location. The landlord was very helpful and nice, accommodating us for an extra day when our flight was cancelled. They had a nice little garden where you could go for a smoke or just to enjoy the weather, even gifted us beers although we never got to drink them. Overall a very nice place to be at.
It had a microwave and a good amount of utensils plates etc. There was always hot water. They provided towels, toilet paper even changed them midway through our stay.
The location is not too far from Paris central, about 40 minutes on the train. The host was very sweet and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
